In this part of documentation you get informations how to administer FaxChange. If you are new in Faxchange or you are not sure how to manage it look at "Introduction into FaxChange Administration" document first.

The following programs are the basic tools of the administrator:

• fxArch, statistics Fax archive viewer.
• fxCfg Program for changing Faxchange system configuration.
• fxCostManager Program for accounting information processing.
• Coversheet Editor Coversheet editor.
• fxQueue/faxSpy Fax queue viewers.
• fxUserManager User management tool.
• FX Admin User management tool for Lotus Notes.
• umsInfo - information about installed UMS products
• Exchange gateway administration

In document "Other FaxChange Administration Tools" other utilities are described.

All these programs are part of the server installation package. They are located in the utils directory of the FaxChange subtree. Alternatively, you can install them into any computer within the network - administration utility installation is on the installation CD, located in the UmsAdmin\setup directory.

When starting the administration utilities you must select the server which is to be administered. Use the New Button to add a new server into the list.
