How to set or change company greeting?

Administrator can set or change company greeting. Company greeting will be played as a first message, when incoming call is answered. Company greeting often contain text like "Hello, welcome to Datasys voicemail system"...

How to change a company greeting? Connect to your mailbox via phone (as described here). After hearing a new messages main menu will be played. If your phone extension was entered during installation as an "administrator's line" (can be changed in common/ini/common.ini file) your main menu will be expanded with new item "7 - change company greeting".

After you press "7", you will be moved to next menu. There are four options:

Hear current company greeting
Record a new company greeting (it only records the message, doesn't switch it on!)
Switch company greeting on/off
Return to main menu
