ADODB (ActiveX Database Objects)

CAPI (Common ISDN Application Programming Interface)

DIR (Direct Inbound Routing)
Technology of direction incoming calls to voicemail system and sending informations about rerouted call via DTMF, after the voicemail answers the call.
Fax-back
Voice application. Caller select document he/she want, enter his/her phone number and hang-up. Voicemail system then call specified phone number and send document via fax. (Fax is paid by voicemail system).
Fax-on-demand
Voice application. Caller select document he/she want, and voicemail system send him/her fax within the single call. (Fax is paid by caller).
DTMF (Dual Tone MultiFequency)
Standard for sending numbers from phone to device/application/PBX.
ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network)
Digital telephone network with additional services (data communication, high speed and so on).
PABX
Information about rerouted phone call sent from PBX to voicemail system as DTMF.
