What is MobilChange? What can it do for you?

MobilChange is a powerfull server for mobile communication. It enhances communication skills of your e-mail server. Here is described what it can offer to different types of e-mail servers users.

What does MobilChange bring to e-mail users?

MobilChange allows you to send SMS messages very easily directly from your mailbox. You just send an e-mail to a special address - nothing else.

You do not have to care about the whole length of your SMS message - longer SMS are automatically split into necessary number of messages.1)

You also get the delivery report, including exact time when the recipient received your SMS. 2) You can't reach someone? Send him a SMS and when you get the delivery report, call him immediately -- his phone is on-line right now.

MobilChange also allows you to receive SMS messages. If the recipient answers your message, the response is automatically delivered directly to your mailbox. 3)

What does MobilChange bring to cell phone users?

For your need to work anytime and anywhere you do not need any expensive phone with integrated e-mail client and so on ("Smartphone"). All you need is a common phone that is able to send and receive SMS messages. Every model on the market has this ability!

You can also use much more 'user friendly' access by SIM Toolkit menu (for Exchange and Lotus Notes) or WAP (Exchange only).

You can easily send an e-mails from your cell phone -- even in the range of your company or the Internet.3)

You can from any place on the Earth (covered with the signal of course) search in your or company's contacts, search for addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses. You can look into your calendar on the tomorrow's meetings -- or on the fact where you should be right now.4)

You can also work with your mailbox - explore new e-mails, answer them, forward them to your co-workers. 4)

MobilChange also allows you to create a brand new meeting and make an invitation for all party-takers. Anytime, anywhere.4)

You can also let all matching e-mails (high priority, the sender is your chief etc.) to be forwarded to your cell phone (or notification about such emails only). 5)

And that's not all. High adjustability of MobilChange allows you to create your own functions -- ex. requests to your company information system. Just everything you could even imagine. 6)

Notes

  1. Administrator can restrict the maximum amount of SMS from one e-mail address.
  2. This function must be supported by your cell network operator.
  3. Administrator can restrict or disable this function.
  4. This function is brought by the Mobile Connection for Outlook component (for MS Exchange / Outlook) or Mobile Connection for Notes component (for Lotus Notes, limited command set). Not available for SMTP.
  5. This function is brought for Exchange users by the SMS Forward for Outlook component (for Outlook 2000), for SMTP server users by notification about incoming e-mails. Not available for Lotus Notes.
  6. Available in MobilChange Enterprise version only.
