Problem description:

If you are using TC35 or MC35 GSM module with firmware 2.0 or 3.01, Mobilchange doesn't receive any SMS nor delivery reports, but SMS sending works well.
Mentioned firmwares are not supported by Mobilchange at this time. If you enable their use by this procedure, Mobilchange behaves as described above.

Solution:

Use compatible driver for Siemens phones: set registry item HKLM/Software/Datasys/Mobilchange/line/lineX/driver_name (where X is line number, usually 1) to siemens.dll value and restart Mobilchange.Kernel service.

Setup program uses siemens.dll driver for TC35 / MC35 modules since Mobilchange version 4.6.24.
