Migration can be started from Start menu - Faxchange - Setup - Database Migration Tool. It allows change database type WITHOUT data loss (for example migration from Access to MSSQL or Oracle. But you can not migrate database of users to Active Directory or migrate users from Active Directory).

Select database type you want migrate to (it isn't good idea to migrate to the same database type you are currently using, e.g. from Access to Access). If necessary, setup asks for database configuration (Oracle - more info here, MSSQL - see installation.) and performs data migration.
