| Problem: | Conversion of Excel files does not work, on the server is Excel 97 |
Problem description:
On the server is set up to convert all types of documents and the MS Word conversion works, MS Excel conversion does not work. On the server is MS Excel 97 installed.
Solution:
The error is in MS Excel, the solution is described in Microsoft Knowledge base http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;cs;790141. The problem is caused by missing DLL library.

It's not an error of FaxChange, but MS Excel 97. KBFX19990415-102518BRO, KBFX19980721A, KBFX19980618A.
