Client plugins are add-in modules for e-mail client, which allow to do some special operations with contacts,
such like dialing call to any number from contact or sending message to any address from contact.
These plugins are available at this time:
This Outlook add-in allows to dial calls from contacts. Outlook supports call dialing from contacts by default, however only using
TAPI interface. Callchange dialer on the other hand can dial through any interface supported by Callchange (TAPI, XAPI, CSTA, MD110).
You must have Callchange client installed, otherwise dialer will not work.
You can make calls by two manners:
- from contact list - click to contact and select "Tools - CXC Dialer" from the menu
- from opened contact - click to yellow telephone icon
In both cases dialog for dialing is invoked. In "Phone Number" combo select number you want to be dialed, in "Line"
combo select line where call should be dialed. Dial button makes a call to the selected number, HangUp button terminates
call.

Using Callchange TAPI provider you can dial from Outlook contacts by standard Outlook dialer, which is started using Ctl+Shift+D keys or
Dial button in toolbar. Configuration is described here.
You must have dialing rules in Control Panel - Phone and modem options set correctly to format number for dialing in right way.
If you put exclamation mark (!) before number, it is dialed as entered.
