CSTA configuration

Select serial port, where cable from the PBX is connected to.
Enter list of monitored lines:
  • Add button adds a new line
  • Edit button allows to change line parameters
  • Delete button removes line from list
Line parameters:
  • Line - number of monitored line
  • Machine - PC name, where client is running and which line belongs to (PC, near which si located phone with entered line number)
  • Description - any line description, for example user's name
  • ACD - if checked, it is input line of CallCenter
