LOGON_INIT_PARAM. For proper function is recommended to set only the
Microsof Exchange service in the user profile.

lookup the recepients. |

For Exchange gateway only. Identificator of addressbook item containing
the phone number of the user. Work phone number is &H3A08001E. |

For Exchange gateway only. The string determining the
Exchange server and the user mailbox, used for VoiceChange.
