Automatic deletion of old messages from archive

Voice messages stored in server archive are automatically deleted. Maximal age of voice message is set to 30 days for read messages and 60 days for unread messages during installation. Administrator can change that limits.

MS Exchange gateway, SMTP/POP3 gateway

Configuration of automatic message deletion is stored in file common/ini/sweep.ini. In $Archive.KeepDaysRead item is stored maximal age for read messages (in days), in $Archive.KeepDaysNotRead item is stored equivalent setting for unread messages.

Lotus Notes gateway

If you're using Lotus Notes, you can set maximal age of voice messages directly within Lotus Notes environment. Open archive database, click to "Agents" and there select "Sweep Archive".

Agent settings will be displayed.

First Query by date modified item contain setting (in days) for read messages, second item contain settings for unread messages. Click to item for editing:
