Problem: | Delivery reports not matched for O2 SMS connector |
Problem description:
When using O2 SMS connector, delivery reports may not be matched (paired) with sent SMS. Then user gets information after timeout expiration that there was no confirmation for sent SMS so Mobilchange can not determine if SMS was delivered successfuly or not.
Or when you sent more SMS to the same number, first SMS can block others from sending also because of not matching delivery report.
Solution:
Problem occurs when delivery report arrives after longer time than maxdiff
parameter specifies. It is set to too low value (255) for O2 SMS connector driver. Change registry item HKLM\SOFTWARE\Datasys\MobilChange\line\lineX\maxdiff
to 15180 hexa (86400 decimal), where X is line number used for O2 SMS connector and restart MobilChange.Kernel service. It ensures that delivery report matches even one day after SMS sending.
Further information:
Setup of Mobilchange 4.6.21 sets maxdiff to correct value.
