Problem description:

If MobilChange sends messages from system, which provides data files with Czech characters in ISO-8859-2 encoding, you must change configuration using files located on the installation CD in support\MobilChange\iso-8859-2 folder.

Solution:

Installation:

• import CZ_iso-8859-2.reg file into registry
• unpack CY.ZIP into MobilChange/data/ folder (MobilChange/data/cy/ will be created)
• set "CY" language for the user, under whose account are messages sent
