Problem description:

Eurotel SMS Connector driver contained error which caused multiple SMS sending: when SMS contained big amount of spaces, SMS was sent but driver crashed immediately, so it didn't write information that SMS was sent. After driver restart SMS was sent again, driver crashed etc. SMS were sent until limit of 200 000 SMS per month was reached, which is set at Eurotel for every customer.

Error is fixed from Mobilchange 4.0.36 version. If you are using lower versions, install patch as described in next text.

Solution:

Download MX2005-06-22 fix from Download section. Fix contains ZIP file, which you use in this way:

• stop and disable Mobilchange.Kernel service
• unpack ZIP into folder where Mobilchange is installed including path, overwrite existing files
• import mx2005-06-22.reg file (by doubleclick) from folder where ZIP was unpacked
• enable and start Mobilchange.Kernel

Further information:

Fix repairs error in Eurotel SMS driver, which caused multiple sending. Concurrently it brings feature of setting maximum SMS number sent per day as prevention against cycled sending. Default daily limit is 1000 SMS - change it according your needs, see description in documentation. Do not forget restart Mobilchange.Kernel then.
