Problem description:

After Mobilchange is installed and server is restarted, Dr.Watson pops-up in regular intervals with "Unknown Error" and smsrmnd.exe - Application Error" messages.

Text of message is similar to: The instruction at "0x3001bc40" referenced memory at "0x3001bc40". The memory could not be "read".

Solution:

This is known bug of SMS Reminder on some computer; it can arise if no one is subscribed to receive SMS notifications about forthcoming meetings.

1. Send from your mobile phone subscribing SMS to SMS Reminder: "?n 1" ( no quotations ) and wait until response SMS about sucessful subscription, or
2. if SMS reminder is not used, start umsTaskCfg from Start menu and in "normal tasks" view disable all "SMS Reminder" tasks. Then restart UMS.Taskmanager service and problem is solved.
