Problem description:

If more than one SMS is sent to the same phone number in sequence, first SMS is delivered at once, but other always with 4 hour delay.

Solution:

Leased line connection to SMSC doesn't support delivery report about SMS delivery to mobile phone. However default setting is to require delivery report.

Switch this feature off in the registry for that line.

"drtype"=dword:0000000 (0 - DR not required, 1 - DR is required)

You can switch DR off even for common GSM modules, if needed.
