Problem description:

If your computer has one or two letter(s) NETBIOS name (DNS name isn't important in this case), then this product can't be installed or run. The failure causes wrong working with activation keys -- keys can't be displayed and application is not running.

Solution:

It is failure in activation key subsystem. No patch is available to solve this problem at present time. Rename computer so it has name at least 3 characters long.
