What is CallChange - brief introduction

What Callchange brings to you?

CallChange is platform for computer telephony (CTI) and for its integration into other systems. System can be run on the only phone or on big phone exchange. It can inform user, who was calling when he was out of office (caller identification is available in Czech Repulic only for ISDN or GSM connections). It can be a part of computer call center and can run other applications in dependence on the caller. It allows making phone calls from application.
It consits of server and client side:
  1. server - is installed on the server machine. It is responsible for central client configuration, their actualization and checks for licences. Also it can offer communication between Calchange client and Exchange server. It monitors phone lines and transfers informations about calls to the clients.
  2. client - runs on user's PC, gets info about lines and calls from the server. It consists of a few layers:

Callchange is available in 3 versions, which differs by their abilities and extensibility.

Standard You can use only supplied clients, no API available (writing own applications is not possible)
Enterprise API available - you can write your own applications, more concurrent client apps can be run
CallCenter Like Enterprise + CC client + API for CC clients + Call router (call distribution among operators)
