Problem description:

If VoiceChange will be installed on different computer than computer running Exchange server and on VoiceChange computer Office 2000 is installed, VoiceChange setup fails with error message and exit.

Solution:

To enable VoiceChange installation with this configuration it is necessary to install Exchange administrator on computer with Office 2000 and then install VoiceChange normal way.

Further information:

Outlook 2000 doesn't install some components required for VoiceChange installation which previous Outlook versions install.

If Exchange gateway is not used (Lotus Notes, SMPT/POP3) installation work properly.
