Sending and receiving SMS from Lotus Notes |
Basic functions
Additional information
<user name>@<phone number>@SMS
or simply <phone number>@SMS
example Zelený@0604234427@SMS
. Enter your text and send your message.
That's all.
The message can have more recipients; it is possible to fill the internet users, Lotus Notes users, fax or SMS addresses.
Allowed @commands:
@dr=1
or @report
, you demand confirmation that your SMS
has been successfully delivered to the targeted cell phone. (if supported by GSM operator)
If you write @dr=0
, you say you DO NOT want the confirmation.
If you write nothing at the message beginning, setting from mxUserManager is used (usually delivery report request is switched on).
@action=...
you set, how outgoing message will be handled or processed by MobilChange.
If no choice is selected, the message is sent normally (same as the first selection - Send).
@action=0
-
The message is sent normally. If text of the message is longer than the maximum of SMS message length,
the message is going to be divided to more pieces. In the case that the number of SMS messages
which was created by dividing the long one, is bigger than the limit set by the administrator,
the message is being cut.
@action=1
-
The SMS is sent only if the number of messages, to which is the outgoing message divided,
shorter than the limit set by the administrator. If the message is longer, it is not being sent and
MobilChange sends a warning message to the sender that his message has not been sent.
@action=2
-
SMS is sent only if the outgoing message is divided into the max. count of messages that is
set by the command @maxlen=#
.
The set limit is subordinate to the limit defined by the administrator, the behavior by the overcame limit
is the same like by "system limit".
On next line behind the command @action=2
must follow the command @maxlen=#
,
where instead of # is max. count of SMS from one e-mail address.
@action=3
-
SMS is not sent, the sender receives from MobilChange a message where is seen the format,
in which the message would have been sent (headers, separated SMS dividing ...)
Instead of this command you can type @preview
1/3 F:brouzda@datasys.cz S:problem-Rychle mi zavolej,mame...
If you do not want the additional headers, you must write to the beginning of the message this command:
@nomodify
