Program umsInfo gives information about all Datasys Unified Messaging System products instaled on the selected computer.

Every installed UMS product has its own tab here. Here are located information about product version and installation ID (necessary for contacting suport). Detail information about product follows.

Combobox "Machine name" is used for switching between more servers, which you were connected to before. You can connect another server by presing "Open" button.

"Copy to clipboard" button copies content of all tabs to the clipboard, so it can be easily pasted to e-mail message. We recommend to do it when request support for help.

"Refresh" button re-reads actual information from the server.

If you want get information from the remote server using umsInfo, you must be logged on using administrative account from the remote server, or you must map network drive from this server using administrative account (use Connect As function).
