Problem description:

Outlook-like FaxChange forms are not working on Windows XP operating system. Old fashion forms are used instead.

Solution:

The problem is caused by missing Imaging application on Windows XP. Imaging was a main image viewer and editor in Windows from Windows 95 to Windows 2000. Microsoft Image Viewer (contained in Windows XP) doesn't supports required programming interfaces - so it can't be used in our forms.

Installation of Imaging should solve this problem.

Further information:

Faxchange now contains new version of forms, which do not rely on Imaging.
