Problem: | Problems with Active Directory (NT account used during installation should be member of Enterprise Admins and Schema Admins) |
Problem description:
If you're installing FaxChange with "users stored in Active Directory" (on Exchange 2000), installation may end successfully and later you'll encounter FaxChange errors like "too many users" and/or FaxChange tab in Active Directory Users And Computers is not installed.
Solution:
You should install FaxChange under NT accout, which is member of Enterprise Admins and Schema Admins. If you installed FaxChange under account which wasn't member of that groups, add this account into that groups and re-install FaxChange.
If Exchange Server or Primary Domain Controller is running on different computer, we recommend to import \support\AD\ADEnable.reg file on both Exchange server and PDC.
