Problem description:

There is no "Send options" button in "File" - "Properties" of new message. So you can't set any of custom options for FaxChange, like preview settings, coversheet, scheduling...

Solution:

Outlook XP (2002) doesn't supports Send Options. This is Microsoft's bug and we can't change it.

This is client-based problem. Microsoft Outlook 97, 98 and 2000 will work correctly with the same mail server. Send Options are supported on all versions of MS Exchange Server, including Exchange 2000.
