Problem description:

Manual installation of server printing queues on server, where FaxChange server is running. It is possible to add or reinstall existing printing queues by this way.

Solution:

Deinstallation is done through Control Panel/Printers - delete FaxChange Client Printer or FaxChange Server Printer here.

Installation:
Services FaxChange.Server Printer and FaxChange.ConvertPrint must be running on the server to enable installation of both printing queues. These services create virtual ports for printer installation.

Installation of server printing queues is the same as for normal printer. In Control panel/Printers choose Add Printer, Local Printer, Port

for FaxChange Server Printer choose port \\.\pipe\fax
for FaxChange Client Printer choose port \\.\pipe\fax007

Then select printer driver, which is located on the install CD in FaxChange\i386\server\prtdrv\4.0-1\oemsetup.inf file. Printer driver is the same for both printers.
