Problem: | Outlook Express 5 on FaxChange with SMTP gateway - faxes from Drag support cannot be send |
Problem description:
FaxChange users with Outlook Express 5 on SMTP gateway have following problem when printing to client printer for SMTP:
After moving TIFF file of fax from Drag support program to the created e-mail following failure occurs when trying to send - attached TIFF files of faxes cannot be found.
Solution:
Problem is following. Outlook Express 5 takes over only link to file from Drag support program, but confirms successful acceptance of file. So Drag support deletes these files. During mail sending Outlook Express 5 cannot find these linked files, as they are not in Drag support program anymore.
To solve this problem move TIFF files with faxes into the filesysten, or for example to the desktop and from these place move them to e-mail. After sending these e-mails (when these links are replaced by copy of TIFF file) can be these files deleted from filesystem or from desktop.
