Problem description:

If FaxChange server is instaled with users' database on MS Exchange Server 5.5, which hasn't any user mailboxes in Recipients folder then database subsystem of FaxChange will not be running.

Solution:

To solve this problem, please create (using program Microsoft Exchange Administrator) at least one user mailbox on MS Exchange Server, which is used by FaxChange for maintenance of users' database.

Further information:

This situation is too anomalous to be solved by patch.
