Problem description:

The documents conversion on the server can or/and cannot run, when the Office 2000 is installed on FaxChange server.

Solution:

The problem is that by the first start of MS Office programs under concrete user account demands MS Office its own configuration - setting up the user name etc. The document convertor is not able to get over these dialogs itself.

Log on to FaxChange server, under the same account, that is FaxChange.ConvertBig service running. Run one by one Word and Excel and go through the configuration dialogs. Definitely switch off the Office Assitant.

After your logout should the convertor be fully functional.
