Problem description:

Program fxQueue doesn't show fax from queue on fax display request. Fax state is changed to "waiting for display" and then back to "waiting" without showing the fax.

Solution:

Probably program fxView is not installed on computer or program is in incorrect directory.

Program fxView can be installed two ways:

• from FaxChange server: \\FAXCHANGE_SERVER_NAME\FxLoader\fxViewSetup.exe
• from installation CD: faxchange\i386\fxView\setup.exe
