Problem description:

FaxChange 4.0 SP1 contain new feature "FaxMailing report". This allow FaxChange to inform faxmailing sender about faxmailing sending progress or final report, how many faxes was sent, undeliverable etc.

Solution:

By default, after installation this feature is switched off, administrator must enable it in FaxChange server registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Datasys\FaxChange\global\server
Values, which define faxmailing report settings:

mailing_report
mailing_report_format
mailing_report_use

where

• mailing_report define period in minutes for sending faxmailing reports,
• mailing_report_format define format of more detailed report send as attachement with faxmailing report,
• mailing_report_use define if faxmailing report will be used and which way. Values "0" means faxmailing report will be switched off, "1" means that only one report will be send after processing all faxes, "2" means, that faxmailing report will be send in periods defined in value mailing_report.

"%id%;%status%;%to%;%name%;%company%;%dept%".
