Problem description:

After FaxChnage SP1 installation is possible to set how Custom Recipient and Mailbox Agent will be marked (labeled).

In FaxChange previous versions Custom Recipient was automatically imported as "Distribution List" category, it means passive email recipient without right sending faxes. SP1 version enable administrators choose if import will use same rules as older versions or if Custom Recipients nad Meilbox Agtents will have possibility send faxes.

Solution:

Registry setting set_CR_and_MBAG_as_users in key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Datasys\FaxChange\DsExport_4\
set, how Custom Recipinets and Mailbox Agents will be interpreted:

    0 = as distribution lists (same as in previous FaxChange versions)
    1 = as normal users (with possibility send faxes)

Further information:

• Capability is supported ONLY when external database is used (when FaxChange users are stored in MSExchnage direstory this feature is not supported)!

• Custom Recipients and Mailbox Agents with enabled sending faxes are counted to used FaxChange users licenses.

• If users database is already synchronized with Exchange, some Custom Recipients and Mailbox Agents cn be listed two times. Database can be cleaned (WARNING, this will LOST ALL USERS SETTINGS) by synchronizing with an empty container in MS Exchange directory.

• Use this fetaure only on your own risc; this is an unsupported fateure.
