FaxChange setup fail during forms installation and on computer Otlook 98

Tools-Option-Other-Advenced Option-Custom Forms

exception occured and dialog for managing forms is not
displayed. Problem is in incorrect Otlook installation -
Corporate and WorkGroup object are not installed.
Reasons for this problem:
Tools-Option-Other-Advenced
Option-Add-In Manager
Microsoft Office\Office\Addins\emsuix2.ecf
Custom Forms
- if window for managing forms is displayed FaxChange (or only forms)
can be installed
After Outlook restart add-in for managing forms will be removed again. For final
