Problem description:

Tiff file assocaition is changed during client instalation. Files with TIF extension are associated to fxView programm. Original association is overwritten.

Solution:

Tiff asociation can be changed.

• In explorer window find a file with TIF extension (for example in Faxchange directory: \FaxChange\FAX\OUT).
• Select the file with TIF extension and press shift+right_mouse_click.
• From popup menu select OpenWith.
• Check Always use this program to open this type of file and select application which you want associate with TIF files.

Further information:

Warning: not all applications are able to show multi page TIF pictures.
