Problem description:

If there are more Contacts with the same telephone number Outlook was generate wrong FAX addresses. In "Sent Items" is displayed correct contact.
It is possible to display really sent fax address. Choose "Reply to all" in "Sent Items" and press button "To". Contact is displayed correctly. You can see used fax address in sheet "FAX / Email address".

Solution:

Change the fax nuber(e.g. insert space) and conntact will be dispalyed correctly.

Further information:

This is not FaxChange bug, but Outlook problem.
It is possible show this problem by copy an existing contact and change only name.
