Problem description:

ISDN CAPI card and drivers must support "Fax G3 - T.30" protocol to be used for send/receive faxes. In some cases this protocol is not supported.

Solution:

When ISDN card or its drivers do not support this protocol then FaxChange CAPI driver write informations about this situation to application eventlog.

In this case we recommend to contact card producer and obtain from him the latest version of drivers - it may be the solution.

The typical example is the AVM Fritz!Card - it is necessary download the actual version of driver from http://www.avm.de/ for use this card for fax.
