Problem description:

Behind the convert message from MS Exchange , behind the convert RTF coversheet , or behind the convert common RTF document is followed by the gray / black chart to the end of the page of view.

Solution:

Change in the user profile Win NT , where FaxChange.ConvertRT is running , the color palette on "Windows Standard". Change the default color palette of computer on "Windows Standard".
