Problem: | It is not possible to exit MS Outlook correctly, when CallChange client is running |
Problem description:
It is not possible to quit MS Outlook if CallChange client is active, its icon in taskbar is green; e.g. if user uses more profiles, the application doesn't go through the "Exit and log off" function and then the user can't choose his profile.
Solution:
If you want to quit MS Outlook correctly with full logoff, you have to quit CallChange client completely. That is done through its menu - right click on its icon and choose "Exit", then it is possible to quit MS Outlook correctly.
It is not sufficient only to deactivate client by "Active" option in the menu.
